Eggs Benedict — A split English muffin topped with two poached eggs and Canadian bacon. Smothered with hollandaise sauce and served with hash browns.

Popcorn Chicken — All-white meat chicken bites served with fries and ranch dressing.

Mozzarella Timbers — A Paradise tradition! Giant homemade mozzarella sticks served with marinara and ranch dressing.

Char-Broiled Chicken Salad — A bed of crisp iceberg topped with fresh local sprouts, char-broiled chicken, parmesan cheese, and scallions. Garnished with tomatoes and black olives. Served with your choice of dressing and a dinner roll.

Canton Chicken Salad — A fresh crisp salad, crispy wonton strips, mandarin oranges, grilled teriyaki chicken, green peppers and toasted cashews all tossed in a tangy Asian ginger dressing.

Broiled Salmon Salad — A salmon fillet topped with fresh basil butter served aside a crisp salad with the dressing of your choice.

Taco Salad — Shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, cheddar cheese, scallions, and sour cream. Served with your choice of taco meat or chicken.

Sweet-n-Sour Chicken Salad — Your choice of popcorn chicken bites or a grilled chicken breast tossed with our own sweet-n-sour sauce. Served atop a fresh crisp salad with cashews, mandarin oranges, and wonton strips.

Buffalo Chicken Salad — Your choice of popcorn chicken bites or a grilled chicken breast tossed in our own buffalo sauce and served atop a crisp salad with a hard boiled egg, bleu cheese crumbles, olives, celery sticks and tomatoes.

Gyro Salad — Thin-sliced gyro meat topped with Tzatziki sauce, feta cheese, red onions, and tomatoes.

BBQ Pulled Pork — Pulled pork smothered in our homemade BBQ sauce stuffed in a grilled sourdough hoagie and topped with melted cheddar cheese.

Prime Rib Philly Cheese Thinly sliced prime rib, sautéed onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and melted provolone cheese served on a French roll.

Center Cut Sirloin — This 8 oz. center cut sirloin is USDA choice, hand cut in Paradise. Chef’s choice for quality and flavor.

Montana Ground Beefsteak — Ground Angus Beef steak grilled with sautéed onions and topped with gravy.

Twelve Prawn Dinner — Twelve jumbo prawns coated in panko breading and deep fried until golden brown.

Chicken Cordon Bleu — Two chicken breasts stuffed with Swiss cheese and country ham, pan seared and topped with a rich Dijon mustard cream sauce.
